Presentato per la prima volta con uno spettacolare trailer ufficiale, Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City è uno sparatutto in terza persona, spin-off della saga survival-horror omonima targata Capcom e sviluppato da Slant Six Games, che si concentrerà indubbiamente sulla campagna principale ma altrettanto su di un comparto multiplayer che darà ai giocatori la possibilità di giocare in compagnia di altri utenti.

Questo atteso titolo, ambientato negli anni '90 durante l'epidemia di Raccoon City, vedrà i soldati dell'Umbrella Security Service agire rapidamente nella città alla ricerca delle prove che coinvolgono la multinazionale farmaceutica ed eventuali superstiti da eliminare, facendo però i conti con le mostruose creature presenti nella città.

Le informazioni ed il materiale video mostrato fino ad ora ha dato una dimostrazione di questa nuova ed entusiasmante esperienza di gioco messa a disposizione dal titolo e prima della sua release ufficiale, quasi certamente, molto altro materiale video ed informativo sarà messo a disposizione degli utenti, ma nel frattempo ecco interessanti informazioni.

Capcom ha infatti reso disponibile la lista di obiettivi sbloccabili nella versione Xbox 360 del gioco, e come è possibile vedere dalla lista presente in calce all'articolo, si tratta di un misto tra campagna principale e multiplayer.
